I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful with plenty of space and amazing views across the bay. The service was pleasant overall, with James at the entrance standing out for his friendliness. The location was perfect for exploring Baltimore, right on the inner harbor with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The dining experience, though a bit pricey, offered fresh and delicious food with friendly service. Facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Wow, the hotel was such a great find! The room was beautiful, with an amazing bathroom, including a nice deep bathtub (though I couldn't use it), and it was large, clean, and generally comfortable. The service was absolutely incredible and friendly, especially Carmen who was so helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right across the street from the harbor, where all the action takes place. The dining experience had some hiccups, but the fresh and delicious food made up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I was fortunate to have a beautiful harbor view at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court in Baltimore. The rooms were updated, modern, and immaculately cleaned, equipped with multiple power outlets and a desk for working, although noise was a bit of an issue. The service was welcoming, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay worthwhile. The location was perfect, close to shopping areas, restaurants, attractions, and activities around the harbor, offering convenience and quality facilities.
